While listening to “You’re Not Alone” by Red (one of my ALL TIME favorite bands), this vision came to mind pertaining to the lyrics. And it rings so true.
In 2019, my mental health hit an all time low and I needed to seek out professional help. The scariest part of the few weeks that it took to start feeling improvement, was the feeling of isolation. The feeling that I was the only person to EVER go through this unidentifiable pain. The feeling of being totally alone….
And here’s the thing….you’re NOT alone! Whatever your higher belief system may be, please know that no matter what it is you’re going through, you’re not alone <3
